Cameron Michelle Diaz began her career as a fashion model with Elite Model Management. She modeled for leading designers like Calvin Klein and Levi's. By the time Cameron Diaz was 17, she was feature on the front cover of the July issue of Seventeen. One day, "The Mask's" film producers were looking for a female main actress, and received a recommendation from an agent of Elite to give Cameron a shot at the audition. She won the part, but had to take major acting lessons after being cast, because she had never acted before. "The Mask" went on to be on the list of the top ten grossing films of 1994 which launched Diaz's fame through the rough having won several nominations and launching her as a sex symbol.
Her relations have been off and on with people like Mat Dillon, Jared Letor (nearly married with an engagement which broke in 2003), and Justin Timberlake. Most recently, she has been found to be in a relationship with the New York Yankees Alex Rodriguez.
