Hill claims Vaccaro is using that access to him and their child “for her own selfish reasons.” According to the filing, he alleges that when she is around during those visits, she expresses “her desire to reconcile with the husband” and makes “requests for additional money” from him.

The documents state, “The wife’s incessant efforts to discuss the foregoing topics during timesharing not only places the husband in an uncomfortable position but more importantly significantly interferes with the husband’s quality timesharing with the parties’ daughter.”

Hill also tells the court that Vaccaro previously amended her divorce petition in July 2025 “to include false, exaggerated claims of torts committed by the husband.” In other words, he is accusing her of inflating her accusations to gain leverage in the split.

What Keeta Vaccaro Says Is Really Going On

He added, “Throughout these proceedings Ms. Vaccaro has worked hard to maintain a cordial relationship with the father of her child and to keep their daughter safe.”

According to Marks, Vaccaro is also in the middle of seeking financial protections while the divorce plays out. “Currently, Ms. Vaccaro has cooperated with the separate NFL investigation and is awaiting a court ruling from Judge Multack on her motion for temporary spousal support and child support. Ultimately, a jury will be empaneled and will determine the monetary damages to which Ms. Vaccaro is entitled as a result of Mr. Hill’s violent acts.”

Hill has denied wrongdoing, and none of Vaccaro’s tort claims have been decided by a jury yet. For now, they sit as serious allegations that will likely shape how the court views both sides of this fractured relationship.
