In newly filed court documents, the Miami Dolphins wide receiver accuses his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, of trying to turn co-parenting time into a second chance at their marriage. Her side insists that is flatly untrue and points instead to her allegations that Hill abused her and tried to pressure her into signing an unfair post-nuptial agreement.
The result is a volatile case that now stretches from a Florida family courtroom to an NFL investigation, with a child, serious abuse claims, and millions of dollars all hovering in the background.
Inside Hill’s New Court Filing
In the recent filing, obtained by TMZ Sports, Hill asks the court to remove Vaccaro from her current role, being present during his timesharing with their daughter. He wants his grandmother to step in instead.

Hill claims Vaccaro is using that access to him and their child “for her own selfish reasons.” According to the filing, he alleges that when she is around during those visits, she expresses “her desire to reconcile with the husband” and makes “requests for additional money” from him.
The documents state, “The wife’s incessant efforts to discuss the foregoing topics during timesharing not only places the husband in an uncomfortable position but more importantly significantly interferes with the husband’s quality timesharing with the parties’ daughter.”
Hill also tells the court that Vaccaro previously amended her divorce petition in July 2025 “to include false, exaggerated claims of torts committed by the husband.” In other words, he is accusing her of inflating her accusations to gain leverage in the split.
The couple married in November 2023, and what began as a headline-making union between an NFL superstar and a social media fixture has now unraveled into competing narratives under oath.
What Keeta Vaccaro Says Is Really Going On
Vaccaro is not quietly accepting Hill’s latest claims. Through her attorney, she is forcefully denying any attempt to reconcile and is standing by serious allegations against him.
“The lies in his latest filing, like those in his prior filings, are simply untrue,” her lawyer, Evan R. Marks, told TMZ Sports.
Marks says Vaccaro has no interest in getting back together with Hill. Instead, he points to the detailed accusations she has already made against him in the same court system where Hill is now asking for changes to timesharing.
“Ms. Vaccaro has no desire to reconcile with Mr. Hill, a man whom she has alleged in eight separate tort counts has caused her physical and emotional injury in an effort to coerce her to sign a blatantly unfair post-nuptial agreement without the benefit of counsel,” Marks said.
He added, “Throughout these proceedings Ms. Vaccaro has worked hard to maintain a cordial relationship with the father of her child and to keep their daughter safe.”
According to Marks, Vaccaro is also in the middle of seeking financial protections while the divorce plays out. “Currently, Ms. Vaccaro has cooperated with the separate NFL investigation and is awaiting a court ruling from Judge Multack on her motion for temporary spousal support and child support. Ultimately, a jury will be empaneled and will determine the monetary damages to which Ms. Vaccaro is entitled as a result of Mr. Hill’s violent acts.”
Hill has denied wrongdoing, and none of Vaccaro’s tort claims have been decided by a jury yet. For now, they sit as serious allegations that will likely shape how the court views both sides of this fractured relationship.
The Domestic Dispute And NFL Spotlight
The divorce has not unfolded in a vacuum. According to TMZ, police were previously called to the couple’s Miami-area home over a domestic dispute.

In a later court filing, Vaccaro alleged that Hill had “roughed her up” on multiple occasions during their 17-month marriage. He denied those allegations.
The accusations quickly drew attention from the league office. TMZ reports that Vaccaro and her team have met with the NFL as part of a separate investigation into her claims. Her attorney says she has fully cooperated, though it is not clear what, if anything, the league has decided.
At the same time, Hill’s football reality has its own complications. His 2025 season was cut short after he dislocated his knee in Week 4 against the New York Jets, a blow to both his career momentum and the Dolphins’ offense. Now, his off-field battles are threatening to overshadow everything he does on the field.

According to the latest filing, a hearing on Hill’s request to swap Vaccaro out for his grandmother during timesharing has been scheduled. Separately, Vaccaro is still waiting for a ruling on temporary spousal and child support. Her tort claims, which include allegations of physical and emotional injury and what her lawyer calls “violent acts,” are set up for a possible future jury trial that could carry major financial consequences for Hill if she prevails.
Add the NFL’s investigation, and the stakes grow even higher. Any findings by the league could affect not only Hill’s public image but also his availability and standing as one of pro football’s most electric players.
